My Story

For over 35 years of my life, I lived as if my worth depended on others. 

I grew up NEVER being praised, NEVER reassured that I was enough. 

I had to be the “good girl” — quiet, polite, people-pleasing, NEVER standing up for myself, never protecting myself. 

I learned to put everyone else first and silence my own needs. 

Maybe you know that feeling too? 

- Of shrinking yourself down to fit other people’s expectations. 
- Of saying “yes” when you want to say “no.” - Of exhausting yourself trying to prove your value — and still feeling it’s never quite enough. 

For years, I believed something was wrong with me. 

Until I discovered the truth: 

Self-worth isn’t something you’re born with or without. 
Self-worth is a muscle. 
And like any muscle, it can be built, strengthened, and made unshakable.

What we will do together

Inside UNSHAKABLE, you’ll learn how to rebuild that muscle — from the roots up. 

Through breath, sound, movement, journaling, and ritual, we’ll meet the parts of you that feel unworthy, and start to shift them into strength. 

This is not about quick confidence hacks or surface-level affirmations. 

This is about transformationgiving you practices that work on the body, the mind, and the spirit.

The Journey

Week 1  SITTING iN DISCOMFORT | Awareness

Monday: Teaching on self-worth vs self-esteem, where low self-worth comes from, and guided practice in sitting with discomfort.                       

Wednesday: Integration circle — reflecting on what surfaced, body scan + breath practice, journaling prompts. 

Week 2 RELEASE | Clearing the Old    

Monday: Teaching on releasing shame, fear, and limiting stories. Breathwork + sound to start clearing.                              

Wednesday: Deeper release practice — somatic movement, EFT, or vocal release. Sharing circle for what has shifted. 

Week 3GROUNDING | Rooting in Worth

Monday: Teaching on nervous system regulation + grounding. Embodiment practice to anchor into presence and stability. 

Wednesday: Deeper practice — root chakra meditation, boundary-setting exploration, group reflection. 

Week 4 EMPOWERMENT | Becoming Unshakable 

Monday: Teaching on empowerment and self-worth in action. Guided future-self visualisation and embodiment practice. 

Wednesday: Celebration + empowerment circle. Integration ritual to anchor the journey and step forward unshakable.

FAQ

  • What if I can’t make the live calls?
    No problem — all calls are recorded and you’ll have access to the replays to watch anytime. You won’t miss a thing.
  • Do I need any experience with breathwork or embodiment practices?
    Not at all. Everything will be guided step by step, and you’ll be supported throughout. Just bring an open mind and willingness to dive in.
  • How much time will I need each week?
    Each live call is around 60–75 minutes. Outside of that, it’s up to you — you’ll get micro-practices and prompts, but you decide how deeply you want to engage.
  • What if I find the work too intense?
    Transformation can feel uncomfortable — that’s part of the process. You’ll always be guided safely, with grounding practices included each week. Remember, discomfort is where the growth happens.
  • Is this therapy?
    No, this is not therapy. UNSHAKABLE is a guided self-development journey using holistic practices (breathwork, embodiment, journaling, ritual). If you’re under medical or psychological care, please continue that alongside.
  • Can I upgrade to VIP later?
