- Body-led work that may include somatics, conscious connected breathwork, embodiment, IEMT, expression and guided journeys, according to what you need.
- Personal integration practices and agreed guidance between sessions.
- Your choice of approximately weekly sessions over three months or approximately fortnightly sessions over six months. We’ll agree your rhythm together.
The number of sessions and depth of work are the same at either pace.
