The Art of Feeling

You’re holding your life together. But do you know how you actually feel?

An eight-week online journey to understand your emotions, express what you need and trust yourself with what comes next.

Starts Tuesday 10 November 2026 · Live online, 7–8.30 pm UK time · Early bird £199 until 8 October

You’ve become very good at carrying on.

You get things done. You show up for other people. When someone asks how you are, “I’m fine” comes out before you’ve even had a chance to check.

But underneath that answer, something is going on.

Perhaps you feel stressed and can’t switch off. Perhaps a small thing makes you snap, cry or withdraw, and afterwards you wonder, Why did I react like that?

Perhaps you feel so flat that you’re no longer sure what you want. And perhaps you’re tired of treating every feeling as something to push down, explain away or get over.

What if you could understand what’s happening inside you—and trust yourself with it?

That’s the space I’ve created for you.

From “I don’t know what’s happening inside me” to “I can feel this and choose what comes next.”
The Art of Feeling is a guided journey through six emotions: sadness, fear, anger, love, joy and pleasure.

You’ll learn ways to find your footing when a feeling becomes intense. You’ll practise recognising what’s there, making room for it at your own pace, and finding a way to express what you need.

The aim is to leave with something you can use in everyday life: when a conversation touches a nerve, when you need to set a boundary, when you feel yourself shutting down—and when something good arrives and you want to let yourself enjoy it.
This is for you if…
  • You’re often the capable one, but inside you feel overwhelmed, unsettled or disconnected.
  • You can say “I’m stressed”, but struggle to name what you’re feeling underneath.
  • You sometimes snap, go quiet, people-please or withdraw, then question yourself afterwards.
  • You want to understand your needs and speak them more clearly.
  • You want room for love, joy, pleasure and aliveness, as well as a way to meet difficult feelings.
  • You’re willing to get curious about yourself, even if you don’t have the words yet.

You can come as you are. You don’t need experience with breathwork or emotional practices. You don’t need to share personal details with the group to take part.
The method you’ll practise
Each week, I’ll guide you through a simple process you can return to long after the course ends:

Anchor.
Notice where you are and find a way back to the present when things feel intense.
Recognise.
Get curious about the sensations, emotions and needs beneath your usual reaction.
Allow.
Make room for what you feel at a pace you can choose.
Express.
Explore ways to give the feeling a voice—through words, movement, sound or reflection.
Choose.
Ask yourself what you need now and what response feels true to you. We’ll practise this process with different emotions so it becomes something you can use, rather than something you only understand in theory.
Your eight-week journey
Week 1 — Find Your Anchor
Build a grounding practice and discover ways to return to yourself throughout the course.
Week 2 — Recognise What You Feel: Sadness
Begin noticing what sadness feels like for you and what may need space or care.
Week 3 — Stay With Yourself: Fear
Explore how fear shows up and practise meeting it without having to push yourself beyond your pace.
Week 4 — Give Feelings a Voice: Anger
Get curious about what anger may be telling you about your needs and boundaries, and explore ways to express it. Week 5 — Let the Good In: Love
Notice what it’s like to give and receive connection while staying connected to yourself.
Week 6 — Let the Good In: Joy
Practise allowing a good feeling to be here, instead of rushing past it.
Week 7 — Let the Good In: Pleasure
Explore pleasure, sensuality and your own sense of aliveness on your terms.
Week 8 — Trust What Comes Next
Bring the journey together with reflection, integration and an optional conscious connected breathwork practice.
What’s included
  • Eight live online sessions, every Tuesday from 10 November to 29 December 2026, 7–8.30 pm UK time.
  • Guided practices and clear teaching each week, supported by slides so you can follow the journey.
  • Recordings of the teaching and guided practices in your course portal, available to return to if you miss a session or want to revisit one later.
  • Unrecorded time for group reflection and questions at the end of each live session. You can share, listen or simply take time for yourself.
  • A private Telegram space during the programme to ask questions, share what you notice and feel supported between sessions.
  • Practical tools you can keep using to anchor, recognise, allow, express and choose.

You’ll have access to your course recordings beyond the live eight weeks. Personal sharing at the end of sessions will not be included in the replays.
Why I created this
Last year, I ran an in-person experience called BU. People told me it helped them understand themselves and get clearer on who they were; some described it as life-changing.

The Art of Feeling grows from that work and from what I’ve seen again and again in my one-to-one sessions: people arrive knowing they’re stressed or overwhelmed, but without the space or words to understand what’s underneath.

I wanted to create that space in a group—a guided, accessible way to practise feeling more of your life and trusting yourself through it.

This is the founding online round. I’ll be teaching it live and listening to what participants find most valuable as it grows into a signature programme.

Join the founding round
We begin on Tuesday 10 November and finish on Tuesday 29 December—a chance to close the year with greater awareness of what you’ve been carrying and what you want to take forward.

Early-bird price: £199 until 11.59 pm on 8 October 2026. Founding-round price after that: £249.

This live founding group will have limited places. Klarna is available at checkout, subject to eligibility. Future rounds may be priced differently; the price for this round is confirmed above.

If you’re ready to stop guessing what’s happening inside you and begin building trust in what you feel, I’d love to guide you.

Spaces are limited.
